Business ethics management is the direct attempt to formally or informally manage Ethical issues or problems through specific policies, practices and Programmes. Business ethics, which is generally defined in terms of the social, communal and environmental responsibilities of business professionals, requires managers to take into account much more than the bottom line when making business-related decisions. That means that those who are in management must every decision they have the right manners or ethics because every decision made by them will have an impact on the organization, employees, friends, the environment and society as a whole.
